Upper Arlington Boosters Club Concessions

The Upper Arlington Boosters Club is in charge of ALL concessions at the Marv Moorhead Stadium and for all boys' and girls' basketball games.

What does this mean to you and your team? OPPORTUNITY! We need to staff all events at both locations throughout the year with VOLUNTEER UA Booster members. In turn, UA Boosters pays your team for those volunteers', therefore providing teams the opportunity to raise funds for their program.

To be eligible to earn the money through volunteering, we encourage 75% membership in UA Boosters per team ($10 ea. person) and a person designated to be part of the Boosters organization for the year.

Here's how the system works:

- We require anywhere between 2 and 27 volunteers per event, with football requiring the most.

- Events: 5 Varsity Football, 4 JR Varsity Football, 4 Freshman Football, 4 Boy's Soccer, 4 Girls Soccer, 4 Field Hockey, Larkins Track & Field, 7 Boy's Lacrosse, 7 Girl's Lacrosse, 10 Boy's Basketball, 10 Girl's Basketball. We also have opportunities for special events and tournament games.

- In all, we anticipate somewhere around 500 to 600 volunteer opportunities at the concession stands throughout the year.

- Volunteers are required to arrive early to set up before the event and to stay to clean up and close down after the event.

A Booster representative will handle all scheduling and rules of operation. Once committed to volunteering for an event, it will be that person's obligation to find a replacement if for some reason they can't attend the event.
